Having had the handle and latch give up the ghost to the WA sunshine, we were ready to replace our rotary clothesline. Finding the Aussie Clothesline site, and having decided on a replacement, I then discovered that they offered a repair service. A couple of emails including a quote later, followed by coming round yesterday (precisely at the time specified), and my clothesline (which other than the damaged parts was in good nick) is repaired, cleaned, re-lined and looks like new, at considerably less cost than if I'd had to replace, and indeed lower than the original quote too!

We purchased a wall mounted clothesline and requested the installation option. The job was done within a week. The installer called the day before install was due and confirmed he would be here at 8am. Turned up exactly on 8am.
